With a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms – one on the ground floor and four upstairs – the villa offers abundant space for relaxation and privacy.

GUEST ACCES:
At Villa CroAdria, all amenities on the first floor, ground floor, and outdoor spaces are exclusively reserved for the private use of our guests. Additionally, a secured parking area is provided within the private property.
Please note: While the owner resides on the same lot in an extended part of the villa, the only shared space is the pathway through the parking area. This pathway allows the owner access to their private entrance, while guests have a separate private entrance.
