The interior of the villa is 125 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by an open plan space, ideal for family or friends gatherings. Of the 2 bathrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and the 2nd is on the 1st floor. All bathrooms are equipped with towels and toiletries and there is a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom.
On the outside terrace of Villa Lucia you will find a 25 m² swimming pool and 6 sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also an alfresco dining table where you can enjoy meals prepared on the outdoor grill. The courtyard is fenced and there is a private parking area for 2 cars.
Villa Lucia is conveniently located. The nearest restaurant is only 100 meters away, and the nearest beach in Lovrečica is a 5 minute drive away. The coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad are nearby, and you won't go wrong if you decide to head towards the interior of Istria. The town of Buje, known for its picturesque vineyards and olive groves, is only a 15 minute drive away.
