You’ll also have access to the Parrot Tree Plantation community pool and beach—ideal for sunbathing, strolling, or simply basking in the tropical beauty. While the beach is not ideal for swimming, it remains a lovely spot to unwind and relax.

* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.

*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.
