The third bedroom is downstairs and has a king sized bed/ ceiling fan and has direct access to the outside terrace and is served by a modern shower room and downstairs toilet.

The villa has electric radiators in all rooms - perfect for Winter rentals. Cost of electricity used between November and March will be charged extra to the weekly price. There is a large dining area complete with a dining table and chairs with seating for 6 people. The large modern kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and all the utensils you will need. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room, or at the large oak table in the kitchen which seats up to 6 people, or alfresco as there are plenty of tables and chairs out on the large patio area. Meals can either be prepared in the well stocked kitchen or outside on the large BBQ.
