La Centrale of Ile de Ré offers you this villa with a heated swimming pool located in La Flotte, close to the Clavette beach and its shops.

The villa is comfortable and offers a fully equipped open kitchen and a large living room with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.

Parking available for one vehicle on the property.

It is also possible to park bicycles in the enclosed courtyard.

The pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.

The heat pumps of our pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of the pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the pools.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometres long.

Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.

Upon your arrival, we will provide you with our welcome kit and a welcome guide with tips and advice to discover Ile de Ré in the best conditions!
