The House is located in a village with small shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, and emergency room.
There are also numerous activities, such as snorkeling, trekking, and scuba diving.
A guard is always present at the entrance to the complex.
Beaches near Villa: Li Cossi 1,2km - Cala Sarraina 14km - Cala Tinnari 16 km - Li Feruli 18km - La Marinedda 18 km.

About the space:
- Air conditioning is in the living/dining room; there is a fan in each room.
- A car is required to enjoy the destination.

About access:
In the case of help with Check-in or otherwise, there will be (part-time), janitor Marco, housed in the self-contained studio apartment adjacent to the House.
