The lower ground floor houses another dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning, as well as an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. This level also provides access to the garden and features two showers and a separate WC.
