The villa has 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TVwith satellite channels, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasherand microwave, a washing machine, and 2 bathroomswith a bidet and a guest toilet. Split across two floors, all rooms are furnished with double beds and have access to the terraces. Playful and cozy, tastefully decorated, they fully meet your well-being. The property provides towelsand bed linen.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious hall and splendid entrance, a living room with a fireplace, dining room, 2 double bedroomswith a covered terrace, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a pantryand laundry room, plus a guest toilet completes the ground floor accommodation. You can enjoy your international TV programsvia satellite TV, and internet browsing is free through Wi-Fi.

Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, one with an extra-large double bed, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom, and a covered terracewhere you will have spectacular views of the port. The villa has air conditioningand central heating.

Splendid chalet, located in a residential areaoverlooking the bay of the Porto Colom fishing port. There is a large pool area with sun loungers and a porch with a barbecue. Situated in a very quiet area, just 2 minutes walk from the beach. This high-quality villa, available year-round, guarantees you a relaxed stayand unique experience. An extra single bed may be available at an additional cost.

The villa is ideal for families. There is a safe. Non-smoking villa; however, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

A beautiful gardensurrounds the property, where you can play ping-pongor lie on sunbedsunder the shade of the trees.

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%.

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 500€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 299 euros.

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.

- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.

- Second cot and high chair 100€ per week.

- Prices include 8 hours a day of air conditioning and heating, if the client wants more hours, he will be charged an extra.

350 kW / week included in the rental price. The electrical consumption that passes this limited limit is part of the day of departure at 0.30KW / H according to the meter reading.

- Celebrations can be allowed, always with advance notice to notify the neighbors and provided they do not cause damage or modifications in the Villa.



Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.



*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years.

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.
