The house of 70m2 is located in the beautiful town of Olivella near the Garraf Natural Park with several hiking routes only 15min from Sitges and 35min from Barcelona's Airport. It is distributed on a single floor and has a large terrace with mountain views and barbecue. The two bedrooms have two double beds. There is a complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, fireplace, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included, and outdoor private parking. Keys are handed over through a safe deposit box after 4pm. It is a smoke-free apartment. Pets are welcomed with an additional cost. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
