Description

Beautiful house with 4 suites for 10 guests. Air conditioner and great internet throughout the house. Large room with 3 rooms. Full American kitchen, Two smart TVs with access to all channels. Large lawn backyard, manicured gardens and parking for 4 vehicles. Private pool of 3X6m all fenced in. The house has 2 balconies, the largest of 50 m², with barbecue, hammocks, and ample table for outdoor dining. Dogs are welcome with a hosting fee of 250 reais per stay for up to 2 pets .
The space
We have 2 water tanks and 2 more cisterns , to avoid avoiding water shortages. The pool area is all walled to avoid accidents with children or pets. There is a balcony in the area of the pool that can be used to welcome the children.

The larger balcony has 50 m² .with barbecue, hammocks and large outdoor table for outdoor meals. This balcony is large enough to accommodate 1 car when loading or unloading luggage in case of rain .

Note: We provide stroller with beach kit, which includes umbrella, 4 chairs, table and cooler .
Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms and outdoor spaces in the house , with the exception of the area of the cisterns that is for restricted use by the housekeeper.
Other things to note
It is only 300m away from the entrance to Camburizinho beach, which is one of the most charming and preserved in the North Coast of São Paulo. It is only 600 meters long and even in the busiest dates you can always find a place for your umbrellas and chairs. There are not so many people because there are no buildings, only houses, hotels and bed and breakfasts. Cambury has great surf waves. Camburiznho is quieter and has the safety of a permanent lifeguard body. From 200 to 400 meters from the house there are 2 supermarkets , there are also great restaurants, bookstores, magazine stands, pharmacies, bars, pastries and ice cream shops.

Note: in the laundry room guests find 1 stroller with kit paia: umbrella, chairs, table and cooler.

The house is 500 meters from the Rio Santos highway that connects Bertioga to São Sebastião. On this road, buses circulate that come from two bus stations in São Paulo ( Tietê and Jabaquara). The buses of Viação Litorânea and Pássaro Marrom, which leave from the Tietê bus station, pass through terminal 2 of SP International Airport, which facilitates the connection of those who depend on a plane. On the neighboring beach, Boissucanga, there is a bus station where you can buy tickets in advance to São Paulo and other cities on the North Coast.
