- The Residence is not open to external people who are not staying in the facility
- For reservations of multiple accommodations for Groups of Friends and/or Groups of Family Members, it will not be possible to move chairs, tables and armchairs between various properties for lunches/dinners with friends and group evening meetings

The Tenant / Guest must report any defects and shortages to the Landlords within 24 hours. In the absence of reports, the inspection will be considered as accepted

- Maximum tranquility is required
