Renovated to high specification by British designer using traditional local materials villa is stylish and spacious with private gated garden, spa, sauna and parking. Villa offers comfort of home, giving plenty of privacy, without a sense of isolation. Complimentary wine will be waiting for you on your arrival and hampers could be delivered on request.
Private infinity pool size 8 m by 4 m and depth of 1,5 m gives an amazing feeling of floating up in the air . It positioned on the side of the hill, gives a virtual infinity view to the highest three mountain peaks of Carrara and divine Apennines valley of Alpe Apuane National Park.
New powerful hot tub with two chaise lounges is a great place to relax all year around.

Deluxe British made sauna has an intelligent control system which allows the cabin to be transformed from a soft steam bath to dry sauna by the simple push of a button. It has four different settings: sauna, terapidarium, sanarium and caldarium with chromotherapy lights. Whilst the Stauna is a great way to unwind it also offers proven benefits to health. Very enjoyable, particular in the cold evening!

From the private pool and hot tub opens an outstanding, uninterrupted view across the valley. Patio and terraced garden provide a fantastic sunbathing location.

Barbecue area has most magnificent view and provided with fruit trees wood to smoke your fish or meat in Italian way.

Spacious gazebo offers shaded sitting area with a table for 10 people, while various tables and benches inviting you to different part of manicured garden and patio.

Main stone house has vaulted timber ceiling, terracotta roof and contains two double bedrooms, family bathroom , sitting room , dining area and kitchen.
Bedrooms has comfortable king size beds ,double wardrobes and arm chairs. Each window has an amazing mountain view and wooden shutters , which keeps house cool even in the hottest day. Good quality bed linen provided.
Family bathroom with shower, bidet, quality towels and heated towel rails has a washing machine with tumble dryer.
Modern kitchen with an open oak beams is equipped with everything needed to cook and enjoy marvellous Tuscany food . Dining area has sitting for 8 people.

Sitting area has two comfortable sofas, fireplace, music centre, TV and small library has bi folding window open to the mountains.
One of the sofas is a king size sofa bed.
Annex or small detached house which offer big double room with two single beds, sitting area and bathroom, could be comfortably used by teenage children, parents or friends as offers complete privacy .
Extra cot or foldable beds are available on request.
Nearest delicatessen is a few kilometres away and has a wide range of meats, dairy fruits and vegetable. Supermarket is around 7 km away.
A few metres from the house, by medieval Borgo, you will find great small restaurant , serving amazing pasta and local dishes.

Sea side of Italian Riviera with nearest resort Lerici, Golf of Poets is 30 min drive from the house. Lerici has great sand beaches -public and paid and an amazing sea for swim lovers . The town is dominated by the castle with the old village of pastel coloured buildings huddled on the steep hill dropping down to the sea and the marina. The back streets of Lerici have many colourful shops and restaurants.

The Gulf of The Poets, a pearl of the Mediterranean with most picturesque villages, craggy coves and sandy beaches was home to many poets and writers including Shelley, Byron and D. H. Lawrence.
There is a great sailing around the bay and on to the Cinque Terre with Elba and the Tuscan islands accessible for the more professional sailors!
Five lands or Cinque Terre and famous Portofino of Italian Riviera could be easy reached by boat from Lerici or an hour drive from the villa.
Anyone visiting the Cinque Terre should take a walk along the cliff paths which link one village to the next, stop in one of the bars or restaurants and try the anchovies marinated in olive oil and garlic, served with bread and delicate white wine Vermentino made from the grapes that grow up the steep terraces above the villages.

Ski resort Cerretto Laghi is situated 30 minutes drive opposite direction and offers 2000 m slops, ski school, sledge slops and plenty of restaurants serving game and local dishes.
