We know outside is where you'll spend most of your time, soaking up the rays by the freshwater pool as the sun shines down. How blissful! Padded sunloungers are the ideal spot for relaxing, whilst the alfresco dining makes for an ideal spot for a light lunch. Alternatively, you can explore the local area of Pernera, bustling with busy bars and international cusines, making for a great night out. If you love the beach, then the golden sands of Kalamie are less than a 1-minute walk away. For walks, there's a beautiful boardwalk in front of the villas, 6km long all along the Protaras coastline, ideal for jogging or afternoon walks.
With four bedrooms in total, this villa is ideal for slightly larger groups. An open-plan kitchen and living room is filled with contemporary furnishings and modern appliances. The first bedroom is also on the ground floor, a master double with a shower ensuite and a guest WC.
