The interior of the villa has been completely renovated and features a reverse floor plan to take full advantage of the views from the spacious living and dining area on the second floor, as well as from the back deck. Hardwood floors and bright, natural light from picture windows flow throughout the space, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Smooth ceilings, recessed lighting, and newly painted walls and cabinets provide a lively, fresh new look. The kitchen has a pass through to the dining area, allowing for easy entertaining. The first floor of the home includes three bedrooms with new carpeting and ample closet space for storage, as well as two full bathrooms and a laundry room. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required. (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)
