This two floor villa is completed in 2017. The stylish living area of Ios art villa is a combination of Cycladic features and minimal design. It has both sunrise and sunset views. The villa is built on a 4000 m² plot with olive trees, geranium and cactus with150 m of private seaside with a private dock for swimming and a place where a yacht can moor. The best time to visit is from May to mid October. Large terraces with fantastic sea view are all around this beautiful villa where you can enjoy al fresco, outdoors dining or relax and gaze at the big blue. Or step down the stone staircase that takes you directly into the beautiful Aegean sea, by far one of the best features of the house. One of the most notable features is also the large outdoor lounging area, with its pergola-shaded dining area. They are three dinning places, one inside the villa and two outside depending on the wind and the moment of the day. Perfect for lazy days and avoiding the crowds. The big furnished terrace of the first floor is overlooking the sea.

Linen, toiletries and hairdryer are provided. The surround ambience and the location of the villa gives such an intimacy that nudism is allowed. The owner recommends visits to the Skarkos Hill prehistoric site, Homer’s Tomb, the Archaeological Museum and the newest museum of popular culture in the main town of Ios. They can facilitate private boat rental to explore nearby hidden coves and secluded beaches that are only reachable by boat. They also recommend taking day trips to the islands of Santorini, Sikinos, Amorgos, Folegandros, Antiparos, Koufonisia, Milos and Mykonos. Ios is one of the Cycladic islands and is known for its beaches and nightlife. The charming main village of Chora is made up of whitewashed houses, carless cobbled streets - and quite a few tourists! This villa is well off the beaten track but not so far, only 12 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car to the main village and located close to beautiful Kolitsani beach, offering a great retreat and privacy.

Kolitsani is the only beach in the island that you can visit without a boat, where you can enjoy swimming even when the wind is blowing from north direction - the wind is called meltemi. This wind provides cooling conditions, low humidity and good visibility. And don't forget that because of its privacy it was the well known nudist beach of Ios.

The small beach of Kolitsani is located south of Chora, 1km from the port. The beach itself is rather narrow, yet very impressive for its green blue crystal clear waters and golden sand. This is a popular anchorage for sailing yachts. It is protected in all sides by rocky hills and provides idyllic scenery for tourists. Kolitsani has no tourist facilities, like umbrellas and sundecks. Kolitsani beach is recommended for nudism and more private sunbathing during the low season. Kolitsani is found between Chora and Mylopotas, ideal to avoid the noisy crowds and in close distance to tourist facilities. The beach can be reached on foot down a steep hill.
