From September 1st to June 30th, heating is complimentary for temperatures up to 28°C.

The rental price includes tourist tax and VAT, bathroom amenities, bed linens and towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, pool maintenance, and the services of a dedicated house manager.
