The location is an absolute dream for boaters. One of the highlights is the fantastic water views with many romantic sunsets.
It is close to Cape Coral beach and the beach restaurant "The Boathouse" and you can walk there in about 5 minutes. The Yacht Club area was highly underrated for many years. Despite the somewhat older style of construction, this home is light and bright with great attention to detail.
The complete kitchen as well as the modern granite countertop are also new and equipped with all imaginable items. All electrical appliances are new and up to date. 4 kayaks are at your disposal free of charge.
We are also happy to rent you our Hurricane Sundeck 237 boat with 200 HP. We also rent one of our boats. Cape Coral is a waterway dream.
