Unit Layout
You will be staying in the practical 'Porticciolo' apartment, which spans two levels on the 1st floor. The upper floor consists of a living/dining room with a dining table and TV, as well as an open kitchen equipped with various appliances, including a toaster, kettle, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates. Additionally, this floor features a shower/WC. The 2nd upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, has two rooms with sloping ceilings. The first room boasts a double bed measuring 160 cm and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace. The second room has two beds measuring 80 cm and air conditioning, along with a separate WC. Forced-air heating is available in some rooms but not all.
