The property is completely fenced-in and includes a beautiful swimming pool (10x5, 1.2-1.8 m deep) (15/05-17/10), barbecue and a large pergola for outdoor dining, all of which are surrounded by hedges and flowers. Very pleasant equipped kitchen/dining room (oven, microwave, dishwasher). 1st FL.: (accessed from a beautiful open stairway): 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and view of the hills, 1 bedroom with small double bed (140 cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. Attic: 1 double bedroom in the attic with panoramic view and bathroom with shower. A large study/bedroom with double sofa bed.

LOCATION: 5 km Vinci, 10 km Empoli (all kinds of shops), km 38 Florence, 46 km San Gimignano, 53 km Lucca, 85 km Siena, 82 km the beaches of the Versilia.
