Villa San Bartolomeo is a prestigious luxury villa in the heart of Tuscany with private infinity pool and spacious garden. This charming residence affords you complete privacy and serenity, and a unique 360 degrees view of the Val d’Orcia, which has been identified by UNESCO as a World Heritage site. Villa San Bartolomeo is a two-storey house situated on 4 hectares of land, 2 of which are fenced in. On the ground floor there is an 80 square metre living room and a dining room with a lovely patio for outdoor dining and a wood-burning oven. Also, the villa features a modern fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, microwave, 2 dishwashers, large fridge, freezer and ice maker and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

On the ground floor you will find a large bedroom, with bathroom with shower and bathtub, which opens onto the garden and a guest bathroom.
On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, two of which very spacious with bathroom with shower and bathtub, and two with shower only. The house is equipped with wifi and air conditioning and a TV in every room. Also, attached to the villa, there is another large bedroom with a bathroom with shower and a green marble bathtub.

The infinity pool measures 10x10 square metres on 4 sides and is equipped with a patio. Several seating areas in the garden offer total privacy and relax. The interior spaces of the Villa are furnished with custom-made sofas and armchairs and are characterized by a design that combines perfectly contemporary works of art, belonging to the collection of the owners of the house, and antiques.

The 3 km white and unpaved road that leads to the property from Sarteano runs through beech and oak woods and borders the St. Francis’cave and a small medieval convent dedicated to San Bartolomeo. It is said that St. Francis visited the area from nearby Assisi and lived in the caves in the woods, one of which has a large cross engraved in the floor.

The property overlooks the towns of Chianciano, Chiusi, Cortona and Citta’della Pieve and the lakes of Montepulciano, Chiusi and Trasimeno.
From the site of the property there are several paths ideal for beautiful walks, totally immersed in silence, broken only by birdsong.

In Windsor Castle there is a drawing by Leonardo da Vinci, who was called to the area by the De Medici family, which is a bird's eye view of the exact panorama seen from Villa San Bartolomeo.

This area is located between the populous Valdichiana and the wild Val d'Orcia, and it is considered one of the richest and most beautiful in Italy for its culture, beauty and traditions.
