Keep a look out because there are often dolphins swimming in the canals and in season you can drop a net for crabs from the back patio.

Love to fish? The beach and the Dawesville cut are close by. You can choose fishing from the beach, rocks or a jetty.

The beach is a five minute walk featuring a calm swim area with a reef for surfing further out. This is a very popular beach for paddle boarding. There are also paths to cycle and walk along the Dawesville cut.

The property has a laundry and toilet down stairs and a semi ensuite bathroom with toilet and two bedrooms on the second level.

There is a balcony and a back patio for relaxation and Barbecuing.

The bus in to Mandurah is just a two minute walk from the complex. Mandurah has a beautiful waterfront and loads of restaurants, cafes and an a culture center. Many Water sports are offered in this area or you can hire a boat for the day to crab, fish or cruise the canals and estuary. Dolphins are often spotted.

Day trips to some wonderful wineries or to the Mural at the Collie dam may be taken.
