This is a large and typical Sardinian villa which has just been restored. You will find a large Mediterranean garden of 1300 square meters, swimming pool, solarium, indoor parking, 100 meters from the shoreline, in a minute you are on the beach.
The freedom and privacy of a villa a few steps from the beach, the comfort and care of a unique hotel. You will be our only guests (the more you are the cheaper it is). The owners, who live on the ground floor, themselves will take care of everything: from daily cleaning (making beds, changing linen weekly or as needed, daily renewal of towels) to the care and maintenance of all outdoor spaces. We offer you a generous breakfast, which you can have in private or share with our family. You will have exclusive use of the entire upper floor (100sqm), with its unparalleled sea view, from the covered terrace attached to the Suite (20sqm) and the Suite itself (20sqm) and two other double bedrooms, one of which is a quadruple room, a large hallway (with sea view) and a master bathroom. You will also have access to all the other common areas (swimming pool, garden, porch....) from which you can admire the Gulf of Palmas. On the covered terrace you will find a built-in kitchen. You will be able to freely enjoy the intimacy of your family or visit the restaurants and bars in the area or on the island. The owners have personally carried out the restoration of this organic villa, respecting its origins, through green building and feng-shui. The latter under the guidance of Arc. Silvia Archetti Voltolini, owner of the "La Porta del Sole" studio in Brescia*. The furniture is made of solid wood, natural wood without any treatment, the three double beds do not contain a single screw or nail.
All you have to do is relax - we'll take care of the rest.
Many of the products We offer you (vegetables, fruit, cheese raw milk & mozzarella) come from our friends' (Anja & Samuel) biodinamic farm. Now you can buy them and have delivered at the villa.
The owners, kindly and discrete, loving the sea, seldom uses the pool and it and the solarium will be basically all for you.

A second bathroom is available on request. Is is detached in the laundry.
