In front of the farmhouse there is a large paved and panoramic terrace with table and chairs ideal for dining outdoors most of the season. In fact, the house is located at an altitude of about 300 m above sea level and offers a generally mild and sunny climate. On the lawn, to the side of the house, is the swimming pool (14 x 5.5, 1.45 m deep) (17/5-27/10) with garden furniture, gazebo, sun cots, barbecue, wood-burning oven. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. For arrivals between 7.30 and 10.30 p.m. a 35 Euros fee will be applied. Small pets are accepted only (if confirmed by the owner upon confirmation of the booking). Access to the house along 1 km of dirt track road not suitable for sport cars.
