The villa was built in the early 1900s by Domenico Paladino, grandson of the builders of the many noble palaces in Palermo, is composed of a main building with an imposing tower and two detached buildings where there are five suites all equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connection, central heating and each with access to a loggia equipped for outdoor dining. The property offers splendid panoramic views overlooking the surrounding countryside and the sea, and has a swimming pool shaped like a natural pond (surface of 45 m2, max. depth of 1.5 m) (01/05-15/10) set inside a fenced-in garden.
