This charming 18th-century estate consists of a main building (sleeping up to 8 guests) and two cottages/gites (each sleeping up to 4 guests), making it extremely suitable for several families travelling together.
There is space for 16 people in total.
But individually the holiday homes are great places to stay as well.
There is a communal garden, which is large enough to guarantee everybody's privacy.
Each accommodation also features a private terrace and entrance.
The estate is fully enclosed and has ample parking space.
The perfect place for people looking for peace and quiet. The direct surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling and the location also makes a good base for visits to the large variety of interesting sights in the area.
Major attractions include the castles and wineries of the Loire to the north and the Futuroscope amusement park to the south, but also the popular Puy du Fou theme park.
There's an organic garden at 150 metres of the estate (Les Trois Noyers). This garden is managed locally and it supplies quite a few restaurants throughout the region with its products. The garden features 130 different types of heirloom tomatoes as well as other fruit and vegetables. Products are for sale on site as well.
This heritage 1-bedroom cottage is in Saint-Jean-de-Sauves. It is ideal for a family and can accommodate 4 guests. This cottage has a private terrace for you to sit back and enjoy a lovely glass of wine with your loved one.
The town centre lies 3 km from the cottage. Dine out at the nearest restaurant, just 10 km from the stay. Play a friendly match with your loved ones at the tennis court, only 3 km from the property. The local grocery stores are 3 km from the cottage in case you are out of your essentials.
You can relish a delicious platter of barbecue with your family in the furnished garden (shared). The cottage offers a cot, play equipment and a high chair for the little ones to enjoy. A wood stove is in place for your comfortable stay. Parking is provided on the premises for a hassle-free stay. You can bring 1 pet, for a nominal charge, to stay.
The house is only heated by a gas stove. During the winter months (October to April inclusive) you pay extra for this; this is settled in the service costs that you pay in advance. The accommodation is not heated in any other way. The wood stove provides sufficient heating for the entire accommodation.
You can park your car on the spacious car park adjacent to the garden and accessible through the garden gate. You can transport your luggage to and from the car with the cart.
You can check-in from 4-6 PM and check-out from 9-10 AM.
