Downstairs there is a Kitchen, Dining area, Lounge as well as a master King-size bedroom with robe and en-suite, also a Queen-size bedroom with robe, a bathroom /shower and a separate toilet. The upstairs loft has 2 single beds and a queen size bed. This ample area may be used for a children's zone with television, air conditioner/heater and board games to provide parents and children their own space.

There is a private outside entertaining area comprising BBQ with outdoor setting to enjoy a relaxing evening. Villa 26 has reverse cycle air conditioning to heat or cool upstairs and downstairs which makes it very comfortable winter or summer.

We accommodate children and provide cot, high-chair, mat for babies and stair gate for toddlers (we even have beach toys).

Executive Villa 26, Broadwater is situated between Busselton and Vasse, we are only a 15-minute drive from Dunsborough. Broadwater is less than a 3-hour drive from Perth. There is a cycle/pathway to Busselton Jetty from Broadwater and an excellent bus service for the South West region is within 200m stopping adjacent to the Broadwater Shopping Village with food court. The shopping complex contains the broadwater village grocer (mini supermarket), chemist/pharmacy, newsagent, hairdresser and a food court with fish and chips, bakery/patisserie and great coffee shops.
