Single storey villa fully renovated on 1400 m² of wooded land including around the pool of 45 m²: a genuine hut with straw roof and private terrace, 3 bedrooms with shower-room and private toilet, kitchen and living room; another hut with 2 bedrooms and a shower-room and toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility, a pergola for meals by the pool; a hut fitted as bedroom with shower-room and toilet. Various activities are possible in the garden such as bocce ball, table-tennis, a playground where you can play tennis on a wall, a basketball hoop, football. A person on site will be in charge of the villa's maintenance. He/she can also cook; you can decide with him/her your meals during your stay (conditions on-site).
