The villa extends over 130m2, spread over two floors.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living area with a kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace, one bedroom with its own bathroom and an additional toilet. On the first floor there are** three more double rooms**, one of which has its own bathroom and a separate bathroom.
On the 450 m2 garden, you can relax in the 8 x 3 m swimming pool with a sun deck, while you can spend long summer evenings in the dining area, enjoying your own grilled specialties.

There is a parking lot for three cars on the plot.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed inside the facility/property.
A security deposit in case of damage in the amount of EUR 500.00 is paid to the owner upon arrival.
