The villa is located in the village of Posidonia, on the Southwest of the island, which is 14 km from the capital and port city, Ermoupolis.
The tastefully decorated villa is set over 2 stories and has a separate fully detached guesthouse. The villa itself is 270 sq.meters in total. Downstairs you have one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and 2 other bedrooms which can sleep a total of 3 people per bedroom. Upstairs (where
you enter from) you have the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows always giving you a breathtaking view. This area is equipped with a modern kitchen, 65” flatscreen television, dining room table, lounge area and a small workspace. There is professional wifi internet throughout the property. Outside there is a dining area for eating outdoors and the whole area around the pool is for loungers. There is a large pergola which can give relief from the strong midday sun.
