At guests' disposal is a swimming pool with a telescopic cover that is closed from 15.05 to 15.06 and from 01.09 to 15.10, allowing prolonged bathing even in the cooler months.
Outdoor tables are also available for delicious dinners in front of a magnificent panorama.
Adjacent to the swimming pool is a small fitness room with a sauna and a bocce court.
The Villa has a strategic position ideal for visiting the most beautiful Umbrian towns in the area such as Orvieto, Assisi and Todi.
The owner lives 200 metres away, in the same property, and occasionally does the necessary maintenance work in the garden.
