This living area leads out to the garden, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Additionally, there is a separate dining room and another living room area. The kitchen is well-equipped with four induction hot plates and a dining table, making meal preparation a breeze. Like the living room, the kitchen also offers direct access to the garden. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC, another double bedroom, and a room with two beds. There is also a shared bath/shower/WC on this level.
