LIVE IN MAID.
This house was built by myself with the goal being for me and my family to live in it, as a result I spared no expense in the fit and finishes.
The roof is fully teak shingles, and there is teak carpentry all throughout the house.
The walls are actually doubly thick and coupled with the extremely high ceilings provides an extremely comfortable and relaxing living experience inside the rooms.
There is also a pool and large 3200m² garden for the kids to play in.
We have a live in maid who is available throughout the day until 7pm. She has been with us for 20+ years so she is very helpful and trustworthy.
She does NOT cook or do laundry, however should you require her to buy food throughout the day, cleaning, or assistance she will be able to help you with whatever you may need.
You will have full access to the property. There is a full kitchen with white-ware available, and a BBQ area which you are more than welcome to use. We provide complementary tea and coffee throughout the day.
The main living room has a large TV, and Netflix is available so you can relax and watch some movies or TV shows while you stay with us.
Wifi password will be provided once you have confirmed your booking.
We have a lovely small lake filled with lotus flowers next door, which you can jog/walk/bike around. The neighbours are all very friendly and it is fairly an upmarket safe and quiet area.
There is a very nice tourist attraction/Buddhist retreat called Lanna Devalai right next door which is open to visit every day free of charge.
There are also nearby markets, cafes and some famous temples within walking distance,
Renting a vehicle is highly recommended as you will need it to get to and from the house from the airport. There is not a lot of public transport available around my house.
There is Grab Taxi (mobile taxi app) services available locally.
