This spacious brand new villa is set on 4 floors & is served with lift. It accommodates a maximum of 17 guests & has extraordinary amenities such as cinema room, poker room, games room, sauna, hot tub and its own private pool boasting splendid views of the countryside. It boasts stunning breath-taking views of the countryside. It has been designed around an ambitious project, namely to be enjoyed by future guests all year round. In the summer months, one is able to enjoy the majestic infinity pool area equipped with sun loungers, lounge area, outdoor dining area & BBQ. In the cooler months, one can enjoy the games room, cinema room, poker room sauna & hot tub!

Marsaxlokk, a picturesque fishing village located in the South Eastern part of Malta, is a hidden gem that promises an authentic and tranquil experience. Known for its vibrant and colourful traditional fishing boats, called ‘luzzus,’ Marsaxlokk offers a unique glimpse into the daily lives of local fishermen. The village is also famous for its bustling Sunday fish market, where you can savour the freshest seafood and mingle with the locals.

The village of Marsaxlokk is only 6.5 kilometres away from Malta International Airport. You can be in the village in just 10 minutes by car.

It is located in the South Eastern part of the island. We recommend having a rental car so to be able to travel easily to various parts of the island. However, one can also opt to travel the island by bus. From the airport: Route 119 is the only direct route (and therefore the easiest option). It calls at the airport hourly though, from 6 am until 7 pm (last bus). The journey takes 40 minutes.

If you’re looking for a quiet little time away from the hustle and bustle of busy towns, Marsaxlokk village is the perfect place to visit. The villa is located 15 minutes uphill from Marsaxlokk village centre particularly in the area that’s known as Tas-Silġ. This part of Marsaxlokk is mostly known for its archaeological importance.

Upon booking your stay with us, we will request for your arrival flight details so to be able to coordinate check in on the day of your arrival. We meet guests personally for check in for arrivals that arrive at the villa till 7pm. For later arrivals, it is not a problem as we will send you details for self check in 24hours prior your arrival. We can also assist you with airport transfers at an additional charge depending on the number of your party. Please get in touch with us a few days prior your arrival should this be of interest.
