Welcome to Villa Rustica, a beautiful holiday home located in the picturesque village of Vrana, near the Vransko Lake Nature Park, not far from Pakoštane. The villa accommodates 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed available in the living room. The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen, ready to meet all your culinary desires, a cozy living room for relaxation, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. This floor also has access to an air-conditioned garage, where guests can enjoy table tennis, badminton, and billiards. The garage is also equipped with an electric vehicle charging station, adding to the convenience of your stay.

Upstairs, there is a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, two balconies offering scenic views, and a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor—one with two single beds that can be joined if needed and another with a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and mosquito screens for extra comfort. A modern bathroom with a shower and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are also available on this floor. The entire villa, including the garage, is fully air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
