Ar Vag is a single-storey house accessible to people with reduced mobility (no steps on the ground floor, tarmac path around the house, shower to PMR standards... )
On the ground floor, you'll find a master suite with a 160*200cm bed, a shower and, above all, a beautiful sea view from the bed.
Then there's the living room, with its fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living-dining room, which in turn opens onto the terrace with its overhanging sea view.
TV, internet connection, library and wood and pellet stoves are at your disposal.
There's also a laundry room and separate WC.
The staircase leads to a master suite occupying the entire first floor. Here you'll enjoy a 200*200cm king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and bath, a dressing area and separate WC. Its splendid sea view is the first thing you'll see when you wake up.
If you're looking for a nice, quiet place to telework, Ar Vag offers you an office space upstairs with a beautiful sea view, or the living room with an equally splendid view. What's more, you'll benefit from a high-speed internet connection (100mb/s downstream on average).
THE GARDEN
Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden of over 1950m² with trees, a SPA and direct access to a secluded section of the Créac'h an Avel beach, guaranteeing swimming and a peaceful space for you and your children.
THE ENVIRONMENT
You'll have direct access to the bay of Korejou, its GR34, its calm beaches, and its nautical center on the other side. Ideal for taking a breath of sea air and enjoying the sea as the tide comes in. A guaranteed spectacle!

The house is located 2km from the town of Plouguerneau. The weekly market takes place on Thursday mornings, and 2 supermarkets are open every day (times to be checked).

You'll have noticed that a cleaning fee is included in the rental price. This includes maintenance and disinfection, but not a full cleaning. This means that you will be asked to clean the house daily, as well as manage your own waste. If you do not wish to maintain the house during your stay, it is entirely possible to ask us for an additional cleaning service which will be invoiced to you (35€/h). We understand if you don't want to take care of these things during your vacation. Please let us know so that we can arrange to meet your needs.
