Located half-way between Brindisi and Taranto, Villa Fontana is less than 35 minutes' away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Apulia, with some of the most beautiful beaches on the coast below Manduria. The area is surrounded by flat fields of olives, almonds and grape vine, with the house being only 1km from shops, restaurants, banks, chemist etc.
Access to the property is via electric gates.

Outside, we find a large private swimming pool (15x12) with external shower, gazebo by the pool with garden furniture and a laundry room with ironing facilities.
Please Note: Pets are allowed but not inside. The owner has built a kennel suitable for 2 dogs, outside.
