The pool terrace with sun loungers and dining area, offers wonderful view and makes this place ideal for relaxing holidays in a well-kept ambience surrounded by many plants. In the basement, the house has a separate apartment with a bedroom, shower room, and small kitchenette with refrigerator. The separate apartment can be reached via an outside staircase.


Various beaches, as well as the large shopping center Portal La Marina and the center of Denia can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The well-known 27-hole La Sella golf course is located directly below, making this accommodation ideal for all lovers of this sport. La Sella is an excellent starting point for cycling tours and hikes. The nearby Hotel Syncrosfera offers excellent training opportunities especially for cyclists. The holiday home is also very popular with families and friends. Price-performance ratio is very good!


The villa has fiber optic internet connection, as well as air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms. There is also a separate storage room with washing machine. The air conditioning system can also be used for heating in cooler seasons and there is also a gas fireplace and gas auxiliary heaters.


This holiday accommodation is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There is a private parking for one car and also plenty of street parking. Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 500,00 is required.
