The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, leading to a terrace and the swimming pool. There is also a shower/WC on the same level. On the lower ground floor, accessible by an exterior staircase, you'll find another bedroom with a french bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and access to a terrace. This level also has a separate shower/WC.
