The VILLA WHITE PEARL is equipped with all the comforts of a modern resort, where luxury is combined with functionality. The second master bedroom, three more bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry space are located upstairs. Each bedroom has large closets with exit to the terrace with a spectacular view of the sea and Mount Athos. Each room has its own air conditioner, which cools the hot summer nights, when the sea and mountain breeze is not enough. The villa -respecting all the standards of a Green House- is constructed with a thermal facade and has also an underfloor heating and solar thermal making it a destination also during the winter season.
