The temperature of the water in the pool can vary subject to good weather conditions.
Ideally located 5 minutes from DRAGUIGNAN, close to all amenities, only 20 minutes from the train station of ARCS SUR ARGENS and 1 hour from NICE airport, about 35 km from the sea (Saint Aygulf, Sainte Maxime, Saint Raphael and Saint Tropez) and 1 hour from the Gorges du Verdon, between 10 mn and 30 mn from all the villages of the Haut Var and their popular Provencal markets for tasting wines, goat's cheese, tapenades, anchovies, olives .... .

Numerous charming villages and tourist sites are just a few kilometres away, such as: Tourtour, elected the most beautiful village in France, which culminates at 635 m with its flowered alleys and fountains.
Cotignac: a village of character standing at the foot of a majestic rock from which a waterfall falls. Old houses with 16th and 17th century facades, narrow streets, fountains ....
Numerous bike rides can be done from the villa.
In the same way, the Var offers many tracks for road bikes as well as mountain bikes, in particular the European way, a distance of 25 kms from FLAYOSC to SILLANS LA CASCADE.
Mountain biking, racing biking, mountain biking with or without a guide can be organized, and bicycles can be made available for your stay.
Canoeing and kayaking trips can be organized on various routes on the surrounding rivers.

f you wish to rent the property in April, please let us know a week in advance so that we can start heating the pool water.
Arrivals of the tenants only from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August, outside these periods arrivals can be made on request always with a minimum of 7 nights.
Possibility of delivery of groceries upon arrival (extra charge).

Possibility of organising rosé wine tastings at different estates in the region on request (extra charge).

THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL BY CHILDREN IS ONLY ALLOWED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AT LEAST ONE ADULT.
THE OWNERS CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT IN THE SWIMMING POOL OR ON THE WHOLE PROPERTY.
