Take a hike or ride a bike and go bird-watching at the nearby Stagnone Lagone Nature Reserve, known for its saltwater pans. Swim and then dine in one of the many bars and restaurants overlooking Egadi islands, where you can take a boat trip. The town of Marsala is famous for its eponymous wine. Explore the local vineyards and learn about the process, then enjoy a specially paired dinner in one of the local trattoria.
