#Notes
A small part of the house is inhabited by a tenant. It has an independent entrance on the opposite side to the outdoor living areas and does not have access to the pool.
A small pond is at the top of the unsecured park and a small river flowing along the property.

Between the Saone and the Rhone, the former capital of Gaul, silk and printing, Lyon the good living, has become one of the major cities of France and Europe today, economically, gastronomically and cultural with the opening of the Museum of Confluences.
