Inside you will find tasteful furniture of good quality in a spacious setting. All floors are laid with beautiful local marble with the lounge with double sofas, satellite TV and DVD player, dining area.

An open plan layout that leads to a beautiful kitchen with marble slate counter tops, with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob. In the kitchen there is a serving hatch with access to an outside dining area that is located directly from the living room.


Located within walking distance of the beautiful new clubhouse on the complex and the commercial center of La Fuente, located next to the entrance to Las Ramblas, where you can eat and dine all day.

Car not necessary, but does provide more sightseeing, although there are enough taxis to help.

A bus stop is also available at the La Fuente Center.
