The villa "Casa nel Verde" is a private and independent house which can accommodate up to 12 people. It is located in a panoramic position on the stunning gulf of Castellammare del Golfo, where enjoying a 180° view!
It is managed by Mrs Jole and her family: Dario, Roberta and Fabrizio.
The villa is the ideal place for those who love nature and look for quietness and relax, but also for those who want to discover places full of art, history, attractions, culture and taste.
The villa is made up by a huge structure realized in an elegant Mediterranean style.
The wide garden , rich in ornamental plants and olive trees, suggests to relax, to read and to enjoy the sunny Sicilian days, while the surroundings offer the possibility of pleasant walkings in nature.
So, the villa is a unique place where spending a calmness holiday with the beloved people.
The big bedrooms are cosy and elegant; they are equipped with air-conditioning and all comforts.
The comfortable hall is furnished with TV sat; its focus is the big stoned fireplace, surrounded by sofas and vintage furniture.
The living room, nearby the warm and old Sicilian fitted kitchen, has a huge table for 12 people.
The most beautiful place of the house is the wide terrace furnished with all comforts, for which admiring ravishing sunsets on the gulf.
Moreover, the outdoor space, is equipped with a BBQ area where spending nice moments under the shadow of a centenary carob tree.
The lovely tourist village of Terrasini is reachable in a short time by car. You will find lots of restaurants, bars, shops here.
