Adria House Dubrovnik is a beautiful white stone semi detached villa situated on the coast, front row to the sea, renovated in 2020. We offer to our guests entire house with 3 floor and lounge area on the beach with sunbeds and sunshade, a private parking near the house, and if you are coming by boat - mooring is at disposal as well. House is not suitable for persons who likes partyes. This place is not reccommanded for events.
It is a few min walking distance from 7 restaurants, 2 supermarkets, ATM machine, bus stop is 200m far away. A many boat trips from this place are on your hand. We organized all transfers for guests needed

Information desk with town maps, boat trips, route suggestions, cycling ma ps, illustrated books about the Dubrovnik Surroundings, and about the Dubrovnik Old City. Free wireless internet in the entire house area. Beach for guests with sun beds and sunshade on the lounge area in front of the house. Playground for children near house.
2 padlle boards are availlable for guests.
