Villa Giova is a luxury three-bedroom retreat in the scenic fishing village of Zaton, known for its olive groves and stunning sea views. Perfect for families, friends, or colleagues, the villa accommodates up to six guests and features a private heated pool, air conditioning throughout, and stylish, modern interiors.

The open-plan ground floor includes a bright living and dining area with cosy seating, a flat-screen TV, and a well-crafted wooden dining table. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware. Decorated in fresh whites with grey accents, the villa blends contemporary design with a traditional stone façade.

Each of the three double bedrooms offers panoramic sea views, flat-screen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms stocked with soft towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. A first-floor terrace provides the perfect spot for morning coffee, while outside, guests can enjoy sun loungers, a shaded dining area, a fireplace, and a BBQ.

For families with children, a separate grassy play area with swings, a slide, and a rope ladder ensures younger guests are entertained and safe, allowing adults to unwind by the pool or prepare a leisurely alfresco meal.

Zaton makes an ideal base for exploring nearby islands or taking day trips to Dubrovnik and Split.
