All amenities are 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot! Cagnes sur Mer beach at 20 minutes, Cannes or Antibes beaches at 30 minutes.

Our house is ideal for welcoming 1 to 2 families who want to enjoy the sun of the French Riviera in peace!
- Our swimming pool is 11m x 4.50m and 1.40m deep. There is an alarm but no physical barrier that could prevent a young child from passing.
- 100m2 terrace covered on 30m2 with shade sails.
- Parental suite of 30m2 with wc, bathroom and dressing room.
- 1 bedroom of 12m2 overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool with a 160 * 200 bed
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds
- Living room-dining room-American kitchen of 60m2

- 3.6m trampoline
- Different outdoor games: archery, badminton.
We have 3 cats: Nala, Cookie and MacFly who will not disturb you because they take advantage of their large territory. Our only request: that you give them food ;-)
