Villa Santa Lucia is located on the island of Babac, which is located between Biograd na Moru and the island of Pašman. Babac is the only inhabited island in a group of 16 islets in front of Pašman. The island is a unique quiet and peaceful oasis because it is full of hidden coves and sandy beaches.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in 4 modernly furnished bedrooms (two with double beds and two with two single beds each). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the villa also has a separate toilet.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a sofa, an armchair, a TV and a PlayStation 5 console, which will especially delight children. Netflix, WiFi, Marshall bluetooth stereo and iMac computer are also available. On the upper floor there is a spacious roof terrace with a wooden fireplace and an outdoor gas grill. There is also a dining table for 8 people, deckchairs and exercise equipment. The outdoor terrace contains a heated pool with massage functions, and next to the pool there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing.
If you come with your own boat, it is possible to use the berth with prior agreement.
It is also possible to rent an 8-meter boat MF 795 for €300 per day (fuel not included), and hire a skipper for transport to the coast and sightseeing of the islands of Pašman, Komornik and Galešnjak (the heart-shaped island). The skipper is also available for daily inquiries about buying groceries or recommendations for excursions.

Additonal info regarding the arrival/departure:
** The villa is located on the island of Babac and is only 750 m from Turanj, the town on the mainland. Arrival/departure to the island from Turanj (only one minute drive) is organized by the host and is free of charge. Other trips with the bigger boat (Merry Fisher 795) are charged as stated in the advertisement.
** Public parking (approx. €20-30 per week) is right by the sea in Turanj.
