‘Reina de la isla’ is an exclusive villa with a maximum capacity for eight people located in Felanitx, less than 16 km from the beach.
Outside, there is a beautiful lawned garden with a variety of trees and shrubs. There is a private swimming pool measuring 10m x 5m, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, surrounded by a garden with views of the countryside, sun loungers and even a Balinese bed where you can relax.
On the covered terrace, there is outdoor furniture, where you can relax outdoors and a dining area next to a portable gas barbecue, where you can enjoy great evenings with family or friends.
As you enter the house, you will find a spacious and cosy dining room, equipped with a large table that can seat up to eight people. Next to the table, you will see a wood-burning cooker that adds a homely atmosphere to the room.
From the dining room, you will have access to the luxury kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is elegantly designed, from here you can access the front terrace.
The living room has easy access to the pool and porch terraces. This space is perfect for watching TV and relaxing after dinner or enjoying a family movie.
The villa has four bedrooms. One of them has a private dressing room and a full bathroom. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. They all have a double bed. The other two bathrooms are fully equipped with shower and amenities such as hairdryer, magnifying mirror and other accessories.
Felanitx is a charming village situated in the southeast of the island. In Felanitx, you will find good restaurants, supermarkets and the weekly market, which is held every Sunday. You can visit beaches such as Cala Marçal or Porto Colom, which offer crystal clear waters, ideal for diving and snorkelling, as well as restaurants and bars by the sea. A car is necessary.

- The use of air conditioning and heating is optional and will be charged on site in cash in case of use (0.40 Euro / kWh).

From May to October, it costs 2.2 Euro per person, from 16 years old and over, per night.
From November to April, it costs 0.55 Euro per person, from 16 years old and over, per night.
