Villa OliRal is our luxury holiday villa with a contemporary homely feel. It has been owned by us, Mick and April, since 2021. It has been a dream of ours for many years and we feel lucky that we have now achieved this. We have put our heart and soul into making this our home in the sun and we would like to share it with you. We have stayed in many villas around the world and therefore know what is needed to make a holiday special. We must stress that we are very proud of our villa and are happy to share it with like minded people who will appreciate it.
Villa OliRal is a spacious modern villa in a private, gated and quiet residential community. We have a private driveway for 3 cars. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms (one queen, one twin and one triple - the largest two benefiting from built in wardrobes) and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer (with refillable water dispenser) and an oven with grill. There is also a kitchen island with stools. There is a washing machine available in the utility room. The lounge opens out onto the heated pool and relaxation area with a door directly outside where you will find a large patio, pool table and table tennis table. There is also a full size outdoor dining table and chairs, and sun loungers. There is a first floor sizeable sea-view terrace which can be accessed from the landing and master bedroom . This overlooks the heated pool and has beautiful views to Fuerteventura.
The villa is situated within a 10 minute walk of a supermarket, cafe and bus stop. And a 10/15 minute walk to the coastal path or 20 minute walk to Rubicon Marina. It is a 5-minute taxi ride to the nearest beach where there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. From here a beautiful promenade stretches a mile and a half in each direction from the Faro Lighthouse at the most southern tip of the island to the fabulous Marina Rubicon, which boasts a selection of designer shops and upmarket bars and restaurant.
As a family we enjoy cycling around Playa Blanca, and cycle hire is available at numerous local shops. Link electric scooter hire is also great fun and readily available.
The villa will be freshly cleaned for your arrival and then cleaned on your departure. If you would like an additional clean during your stay this can be arranged at an extra cost. Please just ask.
